Language access services

We provide language services to people whose preferred language is not English. These services include spoken language and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters, and forms written in other languages.

How to request an interpreter from DOL

If you would like help arranging an interpreter for your appointment, please email us at LanguageAccess@dol.wa.gov.

In your message, please be sure to tell us:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • What language you speak
  • What office you plan to visit
  • If you have already scheduled an appointment

We're happy to help schedule an appointment for you.

To make sure we can schedule an interpreter, please email us as soon as possible. We can usually schedule an interpreter if we have at least 5 business days' notice.

If you need assistance in a language other than English, contact our Language Access team at languageaccess@dol.wa.gov.
