Any real estate branch location in addition to your real estate firm license.
How to apply
1. Meet the requirements
A branch office for a real estate firm must:
- Be authorized by the designated broker.
- Have the same Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number as the firm.
- Be established under the name of the firm.
- Have a licensed managing broker endorsed as a branch manager using the Real Estate Endorsement Application form. Managing brokers and designated brokers can be a branch manager of only one branch.
2. Submit your application
You can submit your application online or by mail.

Complete a Real Estate Branch Office License Application form.
Complete a Real Estate Endorsement Application form for the managing broker who will be the branch manager.
Mail your application, endorsement, and a check or money order (payable to the Department of Licensing) for the application fee to:
